The service

SignalDesk provides shared task workspaces and opt-in source-event tracking. Connection coverage is described on the Integrations page. Local companions require installation and operation on your device. Source availability, changes and permissions can affect tracking. SignalDesk does not guarantee that work is correct, secure, complete or deployed.

Your responsibilities

Use accounts and workspaces only with authorization. You remain responsible for your data, invitations, provider permissions, business commitments and decisions. Review AI-generated work and evidence before relying on it. Do not use the service to access other people’s accounts, send unlawful content, expose secrets or interfere with systems.

Plans and payment

The Free plan has published limits. Paid checkout remains unavailable until activated. When available, checkout states the price, tax and recurring terms before purchase. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. You can manage or cancel in the billing portal. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, cancellation stops future renewals and access continues for the paid period. Contact us regarding billing errors or refund requests.

Data and access

You retain rights to your content and grant us permission to process it to provide the service. Workspace owners manage membership. Export your data before leaving. Access may be limited for abuse, security risks, unpaid subscriptions or provider restrictions. We will handle deletion requests after verifying authority over the account or workspace.

Availability and limitations

The service is provided as available. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or specific business results. Record important verification independently. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Changes

We may update features, limits and these terms. Material changes to paid pricing apply prospectively with notice; the terms shown during checkout control that purchase.
