Get your first release under control.
Start without a connection
- Open the workspace and sign in with ChatGPT.
- Create a workspace for one client or project.
- Use the release-check template on Overview. Replace its outcome and acceptance criteria with your own.
- Save the action, move it to Review after implementation, then record your check and evidence before marking Verified.
The free workspace includes one member. Team invitations require a plan with additional seats; paid plans are not yet activated.
Add a source when you need one
In Connections, create a credential and follow the setup guide. The ChatGPT companion observes titles and links of conversations you open while enabled. The Codex bridge observes local task metadata while running. Neither continuously reads all account history or proves completion.
Recover your actions
Use History → Export workspace to save an NDJSON file. Keep it somewhere you control. An owner can use History → Recover actions to import up to 100 actions from an export smaller than 900 KB into a workspace with enough action capacity.
Imports create new action records. Owners are cleared and Verified actions return to Review so you can check them again. Members, invitations, connections, event history, audit history, billing and credentials are not restored. Import once to avoid duplicates. This is action recovery, not a full service backup.
Lost access or a connection token?
Use the same ChatGPT identity you originally used. Ask your workspace owner to check your membership. Support does not bypass identity or workspace access checks. A lost connection token cannot be retrieved: revoke it and create a replacement. If the companion has stopped, check that it is enabled and its credential has not expired.
Contact Barich Holdings
Call 802 809 1213 for setup, access, export or deletion assistance. Include the affected page, approximate time and a plain description. Never share passwords, payment details, connection tokens or private conversation contents. Early-access support has no guaranteed response time.
Billing
Paid checkout is disabled while account and payment verification are incomplete. No subscription is created by viewing the pricing page. When subscriptions are available, workspace owners manage them from Billing. Cancellation access remains separate from new-sales availability.
